I have said before, that one of the devil’s greatest weapons is discouragement. Sadly, this feeling of discouragement often precedes an imminent breakthrough. We all need something in life to look forward to. When we have a vision, we are motivated to stay the course. The bible tells us that without a vision the people perish (Proverbs 29:18 KJV). The new year represents a clean page that has yet to be written on. Set goals for yourself that will motivate you to keep moving forward.
Our lives can change in a matter of hours, minutes, seconds. What we are experiencing today does not necessarily dictate what we will experience tomorrow. Change often comes suddenly. Our faith in God and the fact that nothing is impossible to Him, means that we can expect to experience the supernatural in our lives. What is impossible with man is possible with God. Envision receiving the things that you have been wanting and waiting for. Imagine the joy that it will bring. As long as we have breath there is hope.
There have been times in my life when God moved me from the natural to the supernatural in order to meet my needs. I remember when I wanted to have a child, with an intense longing. For 2 years nothing happened. I started seeing a fertility specialist. Before he could diagnose my problem or make any recommendation, I went to a camp meeting with Reverend Schambach (now deceased). When he gave the altar call for those who wanted to have a child, I stood and prayed. Approximately nine months later, I had my daughter. At the time of the birth of my daughter, my doctor determined the physical reason why I had not been able to conceive. The problem was still there but God had given me a child anyway. Nothing is too hard for God.
Maybe you have been waiting to receive something. It could be spiritual, material, physical; I say to you, do not give up hope. This could be the year you receive it. Continue to stand in faith, it may suddenly appear.
