We know that God is able to do anything He wants to do. However, it is important for us to believe that God will move miraculously on our behalf. Throughout my life, I have experienced His miraculous intervention when I needed Him most.
God sometimes speaks to me in dreams. This occurred even before I became a born-again Christian. I recall when I was a little girl dreaming that a large snake came up between my bed and the wall. Soon thereafter, I woke up from sleep one night due to a very light touch on my leg. Because of the dream, I sprung to my feet and turned the light on. There where I had seen the snake in my dream, was a strange man. The dream was a warning. Had I not acted the way I did, he could have harmed me. I found out later that he had injured another young girl by attacking her with a hammer in her bedroom, at night.
That is only one of the supernatural occurrences in my life. God wants to protect and provide for us. Pray for what you need and believe that you will receive it. God also uses angels to protect us. I believe that He dispatches angels, as needed, to assist us. We read in the bible where angels appeared to deliver messages. Sometimes these messages were warnings. Instructions on how to escape from harm. Angels told Joseph what to do to keep Jesus safe when He was a baby. Angels told Lot to leave Sodom before God sent His judgment on the city.
Today, now that His children have the Holy Spirit, God is able to speak to us in the still small voice of the Holy Spirit. When angels appeared in their natural state, it seemed to frighten most people. We read of them repeatedly saying “do not be afraid”. I believe that I have seen angels on at least 2 occasions. One was confirmed by my cat 😊I was sitting in my living room when out of the corner of my eye I saw a tall male figure. He almost touched the ceiling. Immediately, my cat jumped up from beside me and ran under the table😊I find angels fascinating. I have been doing research on them and will share my findings in a future article.
Remember, God wants only the best for you. Pray for what you need. The bible tells us that sometimes we have not because we ask not. When God answers your prayers be sure to give Him the credit and the glory. Your faith mixed with thanksgiving will move God to answer.
